One of the core activities of the Weymouth & Portland Partnership is the development and implementation of the Community Plan for the Borough. The Community Plan is a document which aims to identify what needs to be done for local people and realistic ways to improve the quality of life of the residents. The Plan is a key strategic document for the area, which is used by the organisations involved to direct resources, encourage multi-agency working and improve community involvement.

Where do we go from here?
